Refund, Warranty & Cancellation Policy

The Solanatel / RipTx Terms of Service (TOS) can be found at www.riptx.com/tos.  The TOS supersede all other policies.

1.                RipTx Service:

We offer 100% Satisfaction or your money back*.  This policy only covers the RipTx service and does not include adverse affects of market conditions or the policy in section 2.

*The maximum refund is equal to your “Initial Term” fee or a single “Renewal Term” fee (see TOS for definition of “Initial” & “Renewal Term”)

An example:  If you are unhappy with our web interface or how our customer service has treated you, we will refund 100% of the Initial Term fee or a single Renewal Term fee (note: if you have been using RipTx for multiple months and become unsatisfied, we will only return the fee for the month that you are unsatisfied).  If however you have subscribed to RipTx and, for example, have not received any “requests/hits” from your customers we will not issue a refund.

2.                RipTx Signs & Related Items

All signs and related (stickers, zip ties, etc) items (collectively, "The Product") purchased through the RipTx service are subject to a 30-day money back guarantee against defects due to manufacturing or failure.  This warranty does not include any use or alteration of The Product that does not fall into the designed use as intended by the manufacturer.

The 30 day period begins on the date of shipment to you.

You assume all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to you.  All replacement/repaired products are shipped by standard ground shipping.  If you require faster shipping, the cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by you prior to shipment.  We will not accept damaged packages or packages in which the product is not packed properly. 

You must send an email to refund@riptx.com prior to the end of the 30 day period requesting a refund for The Product, you will be issued (via email) an RMA number must be include in the returned package.  In the email you must include the following information:

Your applicable RipTx Code

Your full name

The order number for The Product you bought (format: YYYMMDDOXXX)

A clear and specific explanation for the return

3.                Cancellation of Service

You can cancel service at any time.  We will not issue any refunds for service or merchandise that is purchased through us.

You must send an email to cancel@riptx.com or you may deactivate your RipTx code in the RipTx dashboard (www.riptx.com/dashboard). In the email you must include the following information

Your applicable RipTx Code

Your full name

 

4.                Out of Stock Policy

If you order any merchandise from us, please keep in mind that our stock balance fluctuates with sales demand and therefore the item you ordered may be out of stock.  We will make every effort to get the merchandise shipped to you within 5 days.  As stated above, The Product warranty does not begin until we ship it to you.  If you do not receive the merchandise within one week please send us an email at info@riptx.com
